OK… Did you fall off the weight loss wagon again?

Well hoop dee dooo!

You will no doubt do it more than once…so get over it!
Pick yourself back up, dust yourself off, throw your head up in the air, make this sound as your doing it….pppppppppppppppfffffffffffffffffttttttt…

One thing people have a tendency of doing during weight loss is focusing on the number on the scale, it’s not all about that number. Inches is what matters as far as I am concerned.

You here people all the time say ” I just can’t seem to get that last 10 lbs. off to reach my goal. They have become a freak about that number on the scale. They probably look and feel like a million bucks compared to what they looked like before they got that 40 or so lbs. off.
