Nicely written article Trish.

Here’s some information to add.

As you probably already know Seabuckthorn is very effective as a natural remedy for skin conditions (1) and keeping healthy skin healthy (2). Why, because the remarkable amount of nutrition found in the 4 internal core products (3) from the berry and the leaf heal the capillaries closest to the surface of the skin, which are tiny veins (4) and furthest from the heart (5). They are responsible for delivering nutrition to our skin. They need to be at their best, at their healthiest for great looking skin, and when that’s accomplished, the skin glows with health reflecting and demonstrated through appearance, a healthy cardiovascular system and the whole body is functioning well (6).

“Traditional Chinese Medicine believes smooth, silky skin is a result of a healthy balanced digestive system”

In the micro, seabuckthorn promotes a healthy membrane around each cell. That is important to allow nutrition in to metabolize to produce energy and new cells, and also to let wastes out to promote the detoxification process at its very beginning stage.

Hi Aimee,

Dr. Oz recommended the Sea Buckthorn Oil to use on your face every day, and to use as an exfoliant as well. There are tremendous benefits with the Sea Buckthorn Seed Oil.

Why don’t you just try the cleansing bar and the Sea Buckthorn Oil for now and see how it works for you. Or you could try all 3 items that you mentioned, I would think that using the capsules along with the oil, you would be getting the maximum benefits, and the results you are looking for.

If you concerned about spending out money on something you are unsure about, try the Sea Buckthorn Oil first, then if you start to see a difference in your skin’s appearance, then you will know that this product works for you, and you can start a daily regimen with these products.

Please keep me updated and everyone else with your results by coming back and popping in another comment on how this product works for you!
